We are seeking talented, experienced applicants with strong partnership-building skills, a firm grounding in outreach and education techniques, and excellent written and oral communication skills. 

This position is charged with developing, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive outreach, information, and education program with particular emphasis on maintaining effective relationships with Recovery Program partners and stakeholders while recruiting new allies to support recovery of the Colorado River endangered fishes.

Although this position is located in the Upper Colorado River Endangered Fish Recovery Program office, the position also provides outreach support for the San Juan River Endangered Fish Recovery Program. Both Recovery Programs are multi-agency cooperative efforts established to recover four species of threatened and endangered fish of the Colorado River Basin upstream of Glen Canyon Dam, while water use and development proceed in accordance with State and Federal laws.
